Refund Policy
First purchase
If Yes No Levels is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. No form, no reason required.
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup and not charged until the trial ends, and one trial is offered per customer. When the trial ends you are charged $47.77 for your first month. If it does not add value to your trading, you can request a refund within 30 days of that first charge and we refund that charge in full.
How to ask
Any channel works. There is no required form, chatbot or subject line, and we will not ask why. Each of these counts as a refund request:
- A reply to your welcome email, the one sent when you subscribed
- A reply to any Stripe receipt or invoice email
- An email to [email protected] from the address you subscribed with
- An email to [email protected] if you can no longer reach your account email
- Cancelling from your account within 30 days of your first charge: that counts as a refund request on its own and we refund without a separate email
We acknowledge a refund request within two business days. Your indicator access ends when the refund is issued, and no further charges are made on that subscription.
Free trials
If your plan starts with a free trial, cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. We email you a reminder before the trial ends. If you are charged because you missed the end of a trial, write to us within seven days of the charge and we refund it.
Renewals
Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, because you can cancel at any time before it does. If you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service in the new period, write to us within seven days of the charge and we will refund it.
Price or feature changes
If we raise a price or remove a material feature and you cancel before the change takes effect, we refund any unused prepaid period pro rata, as the Terms promise.
What is not covered
A second guarantee. If you were refunded under this guarantee and later subscribe again, the 30-day guarantee does not apply to the new subscription. It is a one-time guarantee for new subscribers.
Weekly Pro reports already delivered. The weekly report included with Yes No Levels Pro is published under the SEC publisher's exclusion. Each report has its value on delivery, so reports you have already received are not refunded on their own; the 30-day guarantee on your first charge still applies in full.
Partial months. Outside the cases on this page, we do not prorate or refund partial months. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you think a charge is wrong or was not authorized, write to [email protected] first; most billing problems are settled within a day. If you have already filed a dispute with your bank or card issuer, withdraw it before asking us for a refund, because handling both at once can trigger automated fraud flags that slow the return of your money. A chargeback filed without contacting us first can take weeks and may suspend the account while it is investigated.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Our processor usually posts them within five to ten business days. If you paid in bitcoin or a stablecoin, the refund is the US-dollar amount you paid, settled in US dollars or in the same asset at the exchange rate on the day we send it. Yes No Capital LLC is the merchant of record and the charge on your statement reads YES NO LEVELS.
